TRAINING

In organisations, many different people come together. People with different beliefs, experiences and backgrounds. That creates a world of possibility and connection. Sometimes it also creates friction.

Many people struggle with difficult conversations. Managers want to set the right example, but do not always know how. What kind of collaboration does the organisation want to foster? What are the roles of management, HR and employees? How do you address behaviour effectively? Ethicall provides training for individuals and organisations who want to actively engage with these issues.

Support and commitment from everyone involved are crucial. Only then do people have room to practise, reflect, and apply new behaviour in their day-to-day work.

How Ethicall works

Ethicall works with Appreciative Inquiry, a positive approach to change that starts from existing strengths and from what a group or organisation wants to develop further. Alongside challenges, there is also attention to opportunities, potential, and forward movement.

Ethicall also uses Rosenberg’s model of nonviolent communication. Participants practise listening with more attention and less judgement, gaining a clearer understanding of what lies beneath feelings, reactions, and behaviour.

Ethicall works extensively with practical exercises and role play. Participants practise interventions and experience directly what a different way of communicating can do. That takes courage, and it often leads to valuable conversations, insight and lasting behavioural change.
