Wherever there is friction, there is also room for progress and growth

TRAINING

In organizations, many different people come together—people with various beliefs and backgrounds. This creates a world of opportunities and connections, sometimes it also leads to friction.

Many people struggle with having challenging conversations. Managers want to set a good example, but do not always know how. What type of collaboration does the organization aim for? What is the role of Management, HR, and employees? How can we effectively address behavior, and why is giving feedback not the same as addressing someone directly? Ethicall offers training to individuals and organizations who want to actively engage with these questions. Support and commitment from all involved are crucial in this process.

How do we work?

Ethicall bases its work on Appreciative Inquiry, a positive approach for change that focuses on the strengths and possibilities within a group or organization. This approach distinguishes itself from traditional methods by exploring what is already working well and what people would like to see more of, rather than solely examining problems. We also use the Nonviolent Communication model (Rosenberg) to practice how to listen without judgment, helping to uncover the needs behind emotions.

Many training programs focus on theory, at Ethicall, we combine theory with practical exercises and role-playing. This allows participants to practice interventions in a safe environment and experience the effects of nonviolent communication firsthand. Our approach requires courage from participants, leading to insightful conversations and often resulting in sustainable behavior change.
